Exhibition Opportunities

The exhibition will be held during the International Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ICSCRM 2026). Companies that provide materials, devices, equipment and services for testing, characterization, production and development of SiC and wide-bandgap materials are encouraged to exhibit at the conference. The planned details are as follows.

General Information

Venue: PACIFICO YOKOHAMA North
Exhibition period:
September 28-October 2, 2026
(Booth Construction: September 27, Afternoon.
Booth Dismantling and move-out: October 2, Afternoon.)

Number of booths available: 247

Two types of the Booth are available as follows:

Package Booth

One (1) booth unit @JPY 900,000 (W2.0m x D2.0m x H2.7m)
We can also supply larger size booth on request, by combining plural units. Maximum number of booths for one company, except for Diamond sponsor, is 4 (4x1 or 2x2 for 2nd floor, 4x1 for 3rd floor). Please see at booth layout suggestions in Fig. 2.
(Example: Two (2) booth units @JPY 1,800,000 (W4.0m x D2.0m x H2.7m)
Each one (1) booth unit includes a company name board, one table, two chairs
and 1 x 500W electricity socket (AC 100V).

Raw Booth (Bare Floor Space)

One (1) booth unit @JPY 800,000 (W2.0m x D2.0m x H2.7m)
We can also supply larger size booth on request, by combining plural units. Maximum number of booths for one company, except for Diamond sponsor, is 4 (4x1 or 2x2 for 2nd floor, 4x1 for 3rd floor). Please see at booth layout suggestions in Fig. 2.

Each single (1) booth unit also includes:

  • Two (2) “Exhibitor badges”. The“Exhibitor badges” cover regular registration fee for two (2) people. The Exhibitor badge covers all the sessions, then welcome Reception, plenary session, oral session the Exhibition, industrial session, poster session, daily lunch and coffee breaks, except the Banquet. The Exhibitor badge does not cover the Banquet. Additional banquet ticket for the exhibitor can be purchased on request. Note that the “Exhibitor badge” is not for sale. Regular registration may be required for additional participant.
    * Lunch may be provided in a different style from that for general participants.
  • The exhibitor’s company name and link placed on the exhibition page in ICSCRM2026 website.
  • Numerous sponsorship and branding opportunities are also available to exhibitors
Notes:
  • Booth allocations will be made by the ICSCRM 2026 organizing team (except for the priority offered to Diamond, Gold and Silver Sponsors).

    Silver: 1st floor Main hall (location not selectable)

    Priority allocation of exhibition space will be granted to sponsors who submit both sponsorship and exhibition application by the application deadline, and is the priority will end once the designated booth quota are filled. If we receive applications, we may not be able to accommodate all as your requested.

  • Payment-in-full is required in JPY.
  • Payment must be completed within one month following the acceptance notification from the ICSCRM 2026 organizing team.
  • Deadline for receipt of exhibition booth order forms is 31st May 2026. The application will be closed before the deadline, in case the number of booth units reaches the limit.
  • The exhibition booth application will be automatically cancelled if we cannot confirm that the payment is completed by the exhibition fee payment deadline (30th June 2026)
  • We will host an industrial session during the conference, allowing top industrial contributors to take to the stage and share their company’s vision and latest developments in their fields. This offer is limited to the first 30 applicants for the ICSCRM 2026 Exhibition. The Diamond, Gold and Silver Sponsors will have priority to have their presentations.
  • Business meeting room is also available. The room fee is JPY 1,000,000 for one room. This offer is limited to the first 30 applicants for the ICSCRM 2026 Exhibition. Diamond sponsors have priority to choose the room. Priority allocation will be granted to sponsors who submit both sponsorship and business meeting room application by the application deadline.
