Registration

All Participants except plenary and invited speakers need to register for the conference through the "Confit", a dedicated registration system or on-site registration desk. Registration and payment are handled by KNT-CT Global Travel CO., LTd., the official conference assistant.

• Both regular and student registration fee include admission to all technical sessions, program book, abstracts (provided from this web site), lunch, coffee break, an access right to an electronic version (eBook) of the conference proceedings, and admissions to the welcome reception
• Student participants may be asked to submit a copy of student ID to the Registration desk for confirmation.
• Copies of the conference proceedings may be purchased.

Tutorial Day Registration Fee (Optional)

• You can attend to Tutorial Day by paying Tutorial Day Registration Fee.
• This registration fee include lunch, coffee break, and a text book.
• The number of attendees is limited due to room capacity.
• Please note that if the number of attendees reached the maximum limit, registration for Tutorial Day may close before September 7.
• If the number does not reach the limit by September 7, on-site registration will be available until the total number of attendees reaches that limit.

Accompany Person (Optional)

All participants can attend to the Banquet by paying this Banquet fee through this registration system until September 7 (JST).
We will not accept your offer about attendance to the banquet after September 8 (JST).

Payment

• All payments should be made in Japanese yen (JPY) by credit card (Master Card, VISA, American Express, and JCB) by September7, 2026.
• No registration / reservation will be confirmed without completion of payment.
• Please use a credit card which is valid at least until Nov 2026.
• Drawer of this online payment transaction will be ”Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.”
  However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
• Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about 10 days later due to system matter.

Change & Cancellation Policy

• You will not be able to make registration, edit your registration information, nor online payment after the online registration deadline (September 7, 2026).
• An email should be sent to ICSCRM2026 Contact address (secretariaticscrm2026.org) for any changes or cancellation of registration after registration deadline.
• The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Mon – Fri 9:30-17:30 [JST] except national holidays (Oct 13, Nov 3, Nov 24, Dec 27-Jun. 4, Jun 12, Feb 11, Feb 23, Mar 20, Apr 29–May 6, Jul 20, Aug 11, Sep 19-23)).
• After working hours, cancellation will be made on the next day, which may incur charges.
• Refunds will be made during or after the conference upon with deducting credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties as follows.

On or after September 8	100% of the registration fee / No Refund

Registration Desk on Site

The registration desk will be open from Sep 27 to Oct 02, 2026.
All participants who have registered through the conference website are requested to stop by the desk to pick up your name holder and conference kit.
